Dear Mr. Berg,
This past New Year's Eve, we experienced a major black sewage backup
in our home as a result
of a clogged pipe. Needless to say, it was a nightmare. We had a quarantine,
walls ripped out,
precious rugs destroyed, and on and on. We had to move out of our
home and only just were able
to move back in at the beginning of this month.
Your company handled packing and storing our furniture, moving us
back in, and cleaning our home.
Being gone for so long was difficult. Contractors who did shoddy and
incomplete work and creatived
endless delays amplified this. Then there was ServiceMaster. Your
employees were spectacular.
Alberto Alvarez was incredibly kind, cooperative and professional.
The crew, including Alexel Jimenez,
Norma Alvarez, Maria Figueroa, Noemi Gonzales, and Luis Neri were
all utterly fantastic.
Not only was there work completely professional, they were always
on time, affable, kind and
considerate. One could see that they got along extremely well and
functioned more as a family
than as a team.
It was such a joy to have them clean our home so well and move us
back in with such grace.

has been there to assist the needs
of the community time and time again. They have provided convenient
Insurance Continuing Education courses which serve for an exciting
learning environment. They have also been there to care for my clients,

when a candle caught fire in my own home back in 2004. Though only
